I know normally these rev up to around 2k or so when they first start, then high idle. At times when I try to start it cold, it'll hit 2k then ramps up higher, which i immediately shut the engine off and restart it and it's at a lower rpm. Idk if this is a vacuum leak, leaking injector, programming glitch, stuck iac, etc. Runs like a sewing machine otherwise.
