At the track last summer, a guy had a turbo'd bike that ran 9.70 @ 175.. It was insane, and he rode it to the track, and back home, it was street legal. He said it had about 400HP.
The Turbo sounded alot different than a turbo on a car, maybe because it went up to 16k rpms...
