highwater 2004 power windows quit working

Hi all I am a Ford explorer and f150 owner.Right now I am having problem with my 2004 explorer power windows.All just stopped working,fuse checks ok,circuit breaker fuse,and wiring to switches and leaving switches test ok,Does anyone have any other checks that I am missing before pulling door panels?

Check fuse 17 (15amp) in the central junction box. It feeds the Accessory Delay Relay. All of the power to the windows goes through this relay. It is located in the Central Junction Box also. This relay gets it input from the GEM unit.

Start with this fuse and relay.
