So ,whats the plan here? Is there any trail ride going on? Is the BBQ still gonna happen? I am going to be out of town till the day of the BBQ and won't be able to check the board for awhile. Heath If the BBQ is still going on can you give me some info like apt. # and maybe a phone nummber incase something changes? I will give you mine incase something changes.

Well guys I have some seriously bad news.
I'm sure I'll get yelled at for this but hey **** happens right?

I'm still going to CO as planned but without my trusted Explorer. We went out on a little trail run today and snapped my driver side radius arm in half. My spotter got stupid or had a brain fart and said I had the clearence but I didn't. Came down on a rock kinda hard and "SNAP!!!" Right in half!!! Its down for awhile and I'm not sure when it'll get fixed. I have funds for our trip but not enough money for radius arms right now. I'll take her with me for the colors run though.

That sucks. It doesn't really look like anyone is going to do any trails anyway. I will finally get to meet ya at the BBQ. I hope you have a safe trip. I leave tomorrow for Washington then I'll be back in time for the BBQ. Man I love vacation time.

Since it looks like it's only a BBQ, I'm probably not coming. 2 extra driving days doesn't really seem worth it to me. Sorry I won't get to see you guys, though.

Why is the trail run cancelled? My brothers and I are going to go to either Holy Cross or Jenny Creek On the 20 and 21st. They're still open right? Whats the deal? Alec, I wouldn't drive out of the way for a BBQ, thats all we do in Texas! If you want to drive out of the way anyway you can come with us. You should be able to do most of the stuff we do.

sOMEBODY POST WHAT THE PLANS ARE NOW. they have been revised so many time we dont even know if there is a BBQ.

I would have you guys all over for a BBQ but my patio only holds 5 and we cant even use propane on a patio in Jefferson County right now.......

I want to attend the BBQ and possibly the trail run, but in order to do this we need to know when and where to go

I may be interested in stoping by the BBq and meeting everyone, and even holy cross although that sounds as if it has been eliminated from the plans. what are the plans exactly?

Well, no one that has an explorer capable of running HC is planning on running anymore, at least thats pretty much what I'm understanding, and I don't recall reading anywhere that the BBQ has been canceled, that has never been said, especially not by me, and I'm the host. So everyone can put two and two together ance come up with four can't they...

Wadsworth and Crestline, I'm east on crestline, right next to the home depot...

Yeah actually if everyone can start putting down what they're bringing that would be great, this is just like all the other X BBQ's, I'll supply meat and buns, but the rest is up to eveyone else...

Oh yeah and I'll make biker stew too, since I always bring that to the BBQ's... Other than that, Chips, Soda, Salads, Desserts, Lettuce, Tomatoes, blah blah blah... All up to the attendees...

Is this on the 20th or 21st? i think my truck will run the trail, and my brothers' Cherokees will prolly make it, although maybe if you guys can't run it we shouldn't try. My brother went up it 3 or 4 years ago in an IFS toy with1 ARB. He remembers it being a cake walk. Does anybody know anything about Jenny Creek? I wish I had time to make it to the BBQ, but I am in town for a week. Work Sucks
