hood hydraulic

My hood hydraulics need changed i ordered 2 brand new ones on rockauto for 7ea. I have no clue on how to remove the old ones. Anyone have a picture or video or even a forum i can read. i searched and cant find anything.

use a small pick to pull back the c clips off or a small screw driver, when all 4 are off. have someone support the hood and then just push the new ones in, they will auto lock.
