I have a 96 4dr 2wd XLT and it seems like the cable from my hood latch to the handle inside the car is stretched, I can feel it pulling but its acting like it doesn't want to go all the way, it takes 2 people to open one pulling and one bouncing the hood. If you know whats wrong or have had this problem and fixed it, id love to know because its really starting to be a problem.
