that vehicle is a joke. not a real offroad truck at all. look at the way the rear axle is set up. tall blocks hooked up to only 5 leaf springs?? do you know what the weight of that rockwell will do when torque is applied in real offroad conditions with only 5 leafs and no other support? there are lots of other things that make this a dangerous vehcile.
just because something is lifted and has big tires and big engine doesn't make it a practical rig.

Would be good for the wheels/tires/axles. But I wouldn't want to inherite that rats nest in the cab and under the hood.

I could use the front clip, dash pad, and possible the door panels, for my Flareside restoration!

Other than that...............

Boy that guy sure is proud of the Hatchet job he did on that truck.

Did you read the ad?? Nowhere does it say it's a "practical rig", and he specifically states it's NOT ready for the trail or mud.
Rear anti wrap bar OR rear lift springs; whatever you want to do, but it will suffer from axle wrap bigtime as is
The truck runs and drives but isn't road legal and isn't ready for the trail/mud. If you are intrested please have 1) a tow rig and 2) access to a welder; you will need both.

...he specifically states it's NOT ready for the trail or mud.
And with the top notch fab we see in the pics, it wont be ready for anything other than a complete redo or a smelting furnace. ;)

Besides the obvious coil perch, check out the steering knuckle arm and single-shear heim:

I was thinking that maybe those spring perches were temporary (which makes sense in the fab stage in order to get a good idea of steering and link geometry), but thats a total negatory cauz he shouldn't have welded them in permanently if that were the case. Its going to be a royal PITA just to undo / cut out all the stuff that needs to be redone.

And these fuses are grand! Totally exposed and ready for your knee when you hit a bump on the trail:

He could've gone with the typical automotive blade-type fuse which are ten times safer since they are encapsulated in plastic .. but no, lets use glass cartridge fuses.

Lets not forget this little guy -- clearly, whoever is driving this behemoth is never going to know how a No-Spin equiped axle behaves so lets slap it on the dash for goodness sake:

And the "Stars and Bars" flag just completes the package -- 7-stars FTW!
