Hey guys...
I am currently driving a 2003 Ford Explorer XLT 4.6L v8. It has the original tires on currently, Michelin Cross Terrain P235 70 R16.
Now, I do not have a lift on my truck or any modifications, however I do want to go with an aggressive looking tire. I do a decent amount of backroad driving on fishing trips, however I must admit my new tires will be mainly for show.
How big of a tire can i go... The guy at the shop told me MAX. 245 70 16... however I have heard that larger is much possible and I have a buddy willing to install larger tires. I just want to know if they will fit before I order them.
I am looking at BF Goodrich Mud Terrain KM 255 70 R16... will these fit???
Thanks!!!
