Welcome to this forum! What name did you have in mind? There are 2 ways to become elite. You could pay $20 for a yearly membership or submit a How-To article. The amount of elite time will vary depending upon how good the artice is (pictures, diagrams, helpfulness to everybody, etc). Sometimes there is a sale on the cost of the membership fee. It would be $20 for 2 years, but this sale only comes around once a year for a day or two.
