How can I ghetto Rice a Celica??

Alright so my bro bought an 84 celica-supra GTS lol. Its his new daily driver. 4 banger, RWD, and 5spd stick. Not bad for a toy.
Anyways he is going away for a week in a few weeks So I am going to play the "piss him off" game. Basically toying with the car. He wants it painted and im getting my buddy to do it because he only charges the cost of the paint. So he will come home and see it is painted and be happy...at first lol.
Im planning on duct taping the shifter cover and sticking on a blue neon shift knob that my friend gave me. Then i'm putting a nice big TRD(Toyota Racing Developement) sticker on the back window. Tinting the windows. And best of all buying one of those $6 chrome tips from canadian tire and sticking it on the back for that nice BUZZZZ that we all love. hahahahah. Why you ask? He hates rice So this is a good way to make fun of him for buying an import(altho it is a good car for a DD).
Suggestions on how I can rice it out cheaply?

PS: I already told him this sarcastically and he really doesnt care about everything except the tip, BUT he wanted to do it to his buddy who has a 68 Stang as a joke So im doing it to him, its easy enought to fix so no worries.

I agree. Make a wing and then just 3M sticky foam tape it to the car. That way it stays on and also doesnt damage the paint job. Plus it is easy to get off. That would be sooo funny. Get those strobing headlights tooo. And also from auto zone get one of those $5 GT-R emblems and put it in there. Oh yeah and one other thing. Can you say NOS windshield banner sticker? hehe.

Nope that is not what his looks like, it is more of a "fastback" lol. and it is silver, reminds me of a delorean actually. I can take a pic if you want.

As for the wood spoiler, that would be too mocking of it Im going for the look of if someone saw it they would think that my bro is a ricer lol.

And for the NOS, my bro wants to wire up a can of compressed air to shoot out near the windshield wipers like the NOS blowoff because he wants it as a practical joke on his friend to pull up beside him and spray the "NOS".....weird kid....dont ask.....
