how cheap could i get an sas explorer sport for?

You're probably lookin 2-3 Grand due to the amount of work that it takes its well worth it.

There is a lot of work involved with the SAS so i think that the 2-3 Grand estimate above is pretty accurate.

Finding one is going to be the hard part.

I didn't realize you're from Fl. and being that you live down there is going to make it a little bit of a challenge to find a normal 4wd let alone one that has had a SAS, if you have the money, tools, garage and time and mechanically inclined your best bet maybe to try and attempt this yourself with a couple buddy's theres a couple good write-ups on here.

What's wrong with FL that they wouldn't have any "normal" 4x4s?

type (perry mud bog) in youtube we got plenty of normal 4x4s. so i guess ill be lookin at about 2500 for something decent then.

I'm just saying a majority of trucks are 2wd in Fl. Most people don't need 4wd down there.

actually the majority is 4x4 and 75% of vehicles are trucks, we are all swampy area in north florida.
