How do I know what gearing I have on my X?

I would like to know. Also, what gears can I add to improve perfomance. I'm not a big off roader, so I'm just looking for off the line performance. Also will gears from a mustange 8.8 fit an X.

Look on the door frame of the door itself and there should be a code there. I don't remember what they mean but that's where they are.

I don't have a door tag, but found the axle tag but it doesn't say would gears I have. help!
