How do I make my stock '01 explorer sport go faster?

I have a 5 speed '01 explorer sport that I love, in great shape but I want to make it go faster, especially off the line. What can I do to make this a reality? Chip? Exhaust? air filter?Magic explorer fairy dust? Please help me! I now live in Fla where no inspection is nessesary so the skies the limit, but not my budget. Willing to spend if it will make a difference.Thanks to all who respond.

chip, exhaust, intake will help.... alittle but id say turbo it.....and i know a bunch of people on here will say the same..
