How do I program a 1991 stock stereo?

Just purchased a stock 1991 w/v6 , sons was playing with the stock stereo and reset the stereo functions. Unplugged the battery to reset it. But now can't program it. Any suggestions on getting the instruction somewhere. Thanks for your help

If you're talking about setting station presets, you should be able to tune to the station, then press and hold the preset button number you want to store under. The music usually momentarily mutes, then come back on (on most models). When it comes back on your preset should be saved.
