How do I program a 95 Sport alarm remote?

Hi There, Can anyone help me program my new remote. I have tried cycling the ignition from off to on 5 times ending in on and nothing happens. I have a 95 sport. Thanks.

there is a two wire jumper connector in the rear quarter ( it looks like a spout connector) on drivers side by jack that has to be jumped ,the door locks will cycle to show your in program mode ,push a button on remote to program.This is with key on.
