Most '95's were EEC-IV, though I believe Ford put the OBD-2/EEC-V connector under the dash in anticipation of the conversion to EEC-V/OBD-2 in the '96 model year. The EEC-IV self-test connector is under the hood on the driver's side somewhere (I've only seen udner the hood my dad's '95 once, so I don't remember exactly where it was. I just remember that is was the opposite side of my '92). The EEC-IV self-test output both the engine and transmission codes. See www.fordfuelinjection.com, www.troublecodes.net/Ford, any other website you like (google Ford EEC-IV self-test), or any self-respecting repair manual for instructions, or buy one of the cheap EEC-IV code readers if you think it will be easier for you (Would hate for you to do this if you later find out that you have one of the few EEC-V/OBD-2 '95s).

One note, if you post your codes back here, please note the context (KOEO, CM, KOER) for each code. It makes the interpretation of the code more meaningful. Also note which sets "pass" (111).

Good luck.
