Look through your book and find the fuse for them. If you pull it the ABS doesn't work.

How is it annoying? Under normal braking circumstances you wont even notice the ABS. Anti-lock is a pretty nice saftey feature to have. Wheel lock up under braking=no steering control

Well for some reason... it activates alors when i brake slowly  and the sticker on my fuse box panel's gone and the previous owner never gave me the owner's manual  know where i get download one for free?

If it is activating when it shouldn't, you could have a bad wheel sensor or have metal shavings on them.

I had a similar issue, and replacing the wheel/hub bearing(includes abs wheel sensor) took care of the problem.

Do a search for abs problem. Lots of info on this type of issue.
