How do you refill the rear window washer reservoir?

I found nothing to explain where fluid goes in the Chilton's manual. Do I just pull the big black hose off? I was so proud, I waited for an above freezing day, ran all of the water based stuff out--only to realize I have no clue how to refill the back.

There should be a flapper above the dvr side tail light when you lift the tailgate
