HOW do you REMOVE the RIGHT FRONT FENDER

Hi there, can anyone tell me how easy/hard to REMOVE the RIGHT FRONT FENDER and what need to take off...?

do i need to take the front grill and head lights off...? im trying not to take the front headlights off and the grill but if there any a quicker and shortcut way please help....

from memory (and i know monmix will jump in if i screw up), besides the bolts on the top of the fender, you will have one bolt near the top of the fender inside the door, two underneath on the pinch weld (which prob be covered by the plastic ground effect. you will also need to unbolt the plastic splash shield inside the wheel well (should be around 6 screws and two facing downward). there also is a bolt behind the bumper. there will also be a bolt sort of hidden inside the fender that goes to the header panel (part that holds your headlights, grille, and turn signals in). you will have to poop the turn signal out because there is also one, or two bolts behind it. the hard part will be trying to get the antenna mast off. normally the cable is seized into it. to make things worse is that the metal support is also flimsy, and may twist when you try to unbolt that.
remember, this is all from my memory when i took mine off 5 years ago to take the aerial out, and weld the hole for it up.

You have to remove the headlights, grill, inner fender, side moulding or running boards, and the bumper (at least it makes it easier, only 4 nuts to remover for that). The radio antenna mounting thing is a pain in the rear end to get off and unfortunatly I dont have any instruction, but this should get you in the right direction untill someone else adds to it.

Oh really? I have to take the headlights and grill and bumper bar too? How many bolts holding the fender in total?

taking the bumper off will make it easier, but it can be worked around.
at minimum your going to have to take out the turn signal. when you have that out, look inside the corner to see if you can take the bolts out or if you have to poop the grille out. when i pulled my fender off, i was doing a complete paint job on mine, so i had the entire truck apart. the only thing that was left in place was the windshield.

How do I get the bolt behind the bumper out and what size is it

you can use a ratchet wrench, and its either a 8mm or 10mm
