How Do You Think This Would Look?

Well I'm thinking about painting my rims black i searched around for a 3rd gen with my paint scheme with black rims but no avail, so i had my friend make a mock up in photoshop for me not as dark as i wanted but you get the picture, so how do you guys think painting them black would look ?

Search Bigapple... I believe he has the same color vehicle as yours. I would add that you turn the white letters in, and paint the running boards (or remove them).

Should be. That's how mine were attached.

You could replace the running boards with Rock Sliders.

yea i have a lot of plans for it I'm kinda going for the street look but still want the ability to go off road if i need to idk how that will work out tho

With your colour I think gloss black would look much better than flat black.

However, many of the guys who have spray canned their rims have had peeling/chipping issues that look a bit unsightly. Prep work would be the key to doing a real good job.

well ill be taking off the running boards this weekend when i have some free time and get some quotes on powder coating for the rims

Are the rims 16 or 17?
