How Does Dual Panel Moon Roof Work?

Greetings all!

Newby here. I got my 93 XLT new, so I have been out of the new model game for quite a while. I am now starting to think about replacing my 93. I have a few questions. To start...

How does the dual panel moon roof work? One section slides back, then both sections together? Or do both panels slide back?

From what I saw in the one I sat in the material section when closed can open to any position you want, only the front sun roof actually opens, the rear one is just a window to the sky foir the 2nd row passengers.

Oh and the material section is just one big pice, there are not two seperate ones for each sunroof.
