How easy is it to cut the fenders but make it look good. I guess after cutting I shoud get some flares too... huh? any help is appreciated diagrams are a plus.

I have a couple pics and a write-up. A grinder with a cutting wheel is needed. Im not sure how many options there are for flares that will fit proper, but I used a generic type afterwards.
If you look around and search, someone else did a nice job by cutting a line and pushing the fender in under the cut, then he did some body work to cover the work.
