how hard to replace oil filter mount adapter gasket or o ring??

wondering if anybody has done this to their ex mine is just leaking oil from the oil mount-adapter i heard you have to remove the exaust manifold to get to it is there another way for doing this??

It looks like itll be a little difficult on my 5.0 but im not sure about the 4.0. Im sure someone will chime in.
