how long will it take to remove the tranny from my 92 4x4? I have never taken out a 4x4 tranny.

Do you have the proper tools?
Air tools or hand?
Do you have a helper?
Is it a stick or auto?
My first time took all day Sat and 1/2 day Sun.
7 or 8 times later I can have the tranny out in 3-4 hours.
PLan an entire weekend.
Here's some tips:
get yourself some 3' extensions for your 1/2" drive
Dont mess around with the exhaust, drop the Y pipe.
Unbolt the T case from the tranny
Have somebody who knows what they are doing help you.
Air tools or hand?
