I have a mechanic friend who has a background in engineering. I had him install it for me. I bought a 2 quart Accusump kit off of Ebay from Canton Racing. It came with the oil accumulator, mounting clamps, electronic solenoid, wiring, and switch. My friend had to make some custom hoses and create a custom metal guard for my application. I simply turn my key to the run position and flick a switch inside the cabin, which causes the Accusump to discharge its oil to lubricate the internal engine componenets, including timing chains, before I start the car. I can toggle the switch on/off at any time. I have another friend who was involved with racing for years and he personally recommended Accusumps, as he has installed them on racing vehicles and never had a failure.@2010EddieBauer: Did you install this yourself or have a shop do it? Also, can you list out the parts you purchased?
