Anyone know how many PSI it would take to move a piston in an engine? How much force/energy does the 15:1 fuel mixture create?

Not sure of the question. The amount of force required to move a pistion depends on many factors.

Also in order to corretly know the energy created from a 15:1 fueal ratio you need to know other things too. Compression ratio, combustion chamber volume, temperature of the incoming air(for air density calculations), relative humidity of the incoming air. All of these effect that amount of energy the combustion proces creates.

Yes, all those factors do come into play. I can get a rough estimate of the compression ratio by dividing 4 by pi x bore squared + stroke all divided by the amount of space left when piston is at top dead centre. It's just that last part I'm not sure of.

I asked the question because I've seen those engines that run on air, and was curious as to what psi it needs to be to move the pistons.
