How much is this transmission repair?

Ford Sport Trac 2002 100K miles. Truck does not shift into drive when starting & hesitates on the road. O/D Light Flashes. I Think I need the R-D solenoid changed out & the computer reflashed. Any body when is reasonable for this service.
