ok, I want to twist the torsion bars up 2 inches and add shackles in the rear, with an extra leaf to have a bit of a rake.. how much will this cost me?

For you to do it? The TT is free and shackles are $50 US and the AAL's about $30. I'm not sure on the conversion but maybe about ~$120 bucks Canadian?
