I will pass 200,000 miles on my way home today (whoohoo!) and I have not changed the 02 sensors in the 9 years I've owned it (bought with 67K miles). I still pull 17.5 avg mpg on the hwy (V8) and it runs as good as the day I bought it.

For you, I'd do the basic spark plugs, wires, oil, air and fuel filter change if it runs pretty good currently.

Don't need to replace unless you get codes, even then it's probably something else causing the issue.

Thank you . Since I replaced the plugs the motor idles smooth and seems to pull great ! So I will probably leave them alone how ever I do have a service engine soon light on

Take it to an autopart store and they can scan it for free and tell you what the deal is. It's up to you if you want to fix it or not depending on what the issue is.

need to have the codes read. Some parts store do it for free.
