how on earth do you stop engine noise?

i have 2 amps hooked up in my ride. i also have a eternal buzzing static noise .......engine noise. someone help please:

Sorry had to say it. You should have post this question in Explorer audio. All I can say, there is some kind of parasite filter that you can hook up on the power lines of your audio equipement, but I dont remember the exact name of it. Also check plugs and coil, some model of plugs are not resistive, they do not retain static electricity that is flowing around, so going trought your system. It's not a very good explanation, do a search in Explorer audio for better luck.
 






You should make sure that your power wire(s) are seperte from your RCAs and speaker wire. I had the same problem with my first system, and after seperating the wires it went away.
