I would start the project with some tires. After that get a hammer, and a dolly and beat what you can back to shape. If your going to fix this with to any great extent the whole truck will need a repaint to cover the body filler and glaze.

I would say leave it , with 200k and all that rust (not to mention 2wd) it isn't worth fixing. That is unless you simply want to practice auto body work then it's good to learn on.
