I have a 2001 Ford Explorer 4x4. Can someone give some insight as to how to remove the starter. Obviously I must remove the front drive shaft to allow room to access the starter or is there an easier way. I am a blue oval boy through and through but these are times when you want to find the engineer who laid this one out and hit him/her with the hammer.
