Since I picked up my '04 XLT on Wednesday, I've noticed that I get generally weak air flow through my side vents. I searched the forum and it seems like this is a pretty common problem. It doesn't bother me that much, I generally drive with the windows down, but I'd like to know if anyone has any common sense solutions for this. For instance, should I just shut the sides and blow through the middle, or the other way around? I've also thought about closing off the back vents. Any ideas would be appreciated. I'm loving my x so far, just trying to make it a little better. ;)

In the FWIW category, since I'm the only one in my Explorer most of the time, I close the right side vent, and it seems to increase the flow from the rest of the vents a little.
