I just noticed a few days ago that what appears to be coolant (white residue) was leaking from a long metal line that goes into the left side of the radiator near the cap. I am assuming this is a transmission cooling line because today there seems to be pink residue all over the area now. I tried tightening the line but it was already really tight. Is my radiator toast? Or will a bottle of that cheap radiator stop-leak work?

Well, i'd throw a new radiator in and not worry about it anymore but thats me.

Just replace it.. should only be $100 or so and if you put some cheap crap in to fix it you may end up spending major $$ if you overheat because of it.

Just replace the radiator.. You'll thank yourself afterwards. They are not hard to replace and its a little insurance for down the road when the radiator might finally take the big crap on you..
