how to increase hub diameter in rims

my wheels will not fit over my hub and on the site they have them in two hub sizes so i believe they just mill the center out on the other ones so how would i do that myself

what kind of tooling would be the best

i know this is not the recomended thing before anybody lets me know

You would need to take the wheels to a machine shop and have them cut on a lathe to do it properly. That way the hole will be concentric in the wheel and fit properly.
