I've got a 97 explorer and when I turn on my bright lights, it tunrs my spot lights off. The only way to get them all to turn on it to hold the bright light switch bar with your left hand while driving. Does anyone sell a kit that will re-wire your lights so that when you turn your brights on, it leaves the spot lights on also? Thanks,

this has gotten on my nerves also.. cos sometimes you want both the brights and the fogs.. especially in areas with a lot of water, I imagine, if anything, it has something to do with the lever on the column, although I don't know any specifics.

It might be illegal to use both in some places....but here's how I'd do it

Just find the positive wire for the fog lights and the positive for the Hi-beams and connect them together with a 8 gauge wire. That way when you turn on the brights they will also send power to the fog lights. That's how I did my reverese lights without a problem.

Do a search on this. There was someone who was going to use a kit from a Taurus to get them to stay on.
I tried any number of combinations and all I got were two burned out fog light switches.
Good luck....
