How to on removing front bumper?

I have ordered fog lights and am looking to see if there's a step by step on bumper removal. I tried the search function with no luck.

I don't recall a thread on that topic but there is one on removing the grill. Not sure if that would be of any help as a starter.

I had to take of the bumper to install a push bar. I only have a video that should give you some idea on what to do:

I got it to work. I removed all the bolts on the top of the grille. then removed the bolts holding the sides of the bumper to the fender. Was able to pull it back just enough to access the area successfully, as well as remove headlights with ease.

I have to do the same thing to install a siren speaker. how many all together that holds it on?
