how to remove internal wire harness?

On the internal wire harness on 4r55e do you just knock it down through the case into the pan area or is there a special way to do it?

never mind,

finally found a mirror to use and was able to see a horse shoe clip on the outside of the case side of the wire harness that you pop out. Couldnt see it without it.

Anyways, off to get my new harness.
