How to remove rocker arms?????

OK...so I ordered new push rods and rocker arms...mine were all worn pretty bad. How do I remove the rocker arms from the shaft?

I removed the roll pins and washers from the ends of the rocker arm shaft, but the parts of the shaft that bolt to the head (there are 3) does not move or spin or anything.

I looked it up in my manual and it mentions drilling out the end caps and then tapping in new ones?

OK...screw it...I looked into it and it's not worth replacing the pushrods/rocker arms as separate pieces. It cost me 120$ for 6 pushrods and 6 rocker arms from Advance Auto...I'm returning them tomorrow and ordering the complete rocker arm assemblies/pushrods from Delta Cams.

I'll re-install the old assemblies/pushrods and deal with them for a week until the Delta's arrive. Heck, all I have to remove are the valve covers!
