My 1996 Explorer 4D XLT has been sitting idle for most of the last seven years. I now have it back on the road as my daily driver.
I'd wash it every so often, just to keep its appearance decent (stored outside). A few months ago, I ~really~ washed it ... then had a local hand wash go over it as best they could (and I got my $20 worth, that is for sure).
There are noticeable lines of grime on places like the window seals. What can I use to get rid of this stuff, without harming the paint or trim parts?
I'll try to get a photo of it later today. TIA.
