How to replace factory fog assembly

Hi all. I noticed the other day that the glass the covers my foglamp on the drivers side is shattered. I ordered a new one and it came in today , so now I am wondering how to replace this thing. I found the 2 obvious screws bottom and the top middle one, but coudn't figure out the rest of it. Does somebody have a copy of the FSM to help a guy out? from the looks of it , I might have to take the whole front bumper cover off.

There are one or two screws that aren't very visible (I think it's one per side, but I can't remember since I did this 3-4 years ago). I got to them with an odd combo of extensions and swivels. I also made sure NOT to re-install them either. My fogs are fine without them. I have a '99, by the way. 99-01 have the same fogs (sorry, I can't tell what year you have in the mobile view).

If I recall, it is close to the bumper. I also seem to recall that once I located it, I reached it with a longish extension and swivel through the gap in the bumper (i.e. from above). It was a real PITA and took a lot of patience (and I have little of that).
