Howq do i replace the dash lights on my '96 Ranger?

The lights on the left side of the panel do not work. These are the ones for the gas gauge, etc. Are these controlled by a separate fuse or may it just be they are burnt out? If it's not a fuse, how difficult is it to replace these?

its not too bad there is a great write up on taking the dash apart in the performance lighting section. its maybe a 30 min job with common tools while your in there might as well upgrade to SMD LEDs 194's.
