should just be a matter of taking the screw out and pulling it off. You'll probably have to fill the holes with some silicone to keep water from getting in.
if u look at the main rails not the cross rails where they are touching the roof of the truck, there are plastic pieces that u should be able to snap off with a flathead screwdriver and that will give u access to the screws that hold it in place, i believe there should be 3 sets of screws to remove
