Every time i get my tires rotated or something where they have to take the hub cap off i drive home and realize a hub cap is gone. The first time i thought the place lost it so i got a free one from them ;) than it happened at other places so it wasn't them than i started using a rubber mallet to hammer them in after i got work done on the tires at the shop and sure enough i get home and there is 1 gone and its both back and front tires. Has anyone else experienced this problem. I'd glue them on but than im in trouble if i get a flat or need work done. But here is the kicker i just got new shocks all around becuase my tires kept cupping where it becomes uneven and well i haven't lost the only 2 i have in the back so i hope new shocks solved the problem, but im posting this just incase anyone else has the same problem or knows how to fix it. Or if anyone lives around me and finds one on the street can you please return it to me thanks :D

You have a '98 Ex and I am guessing it has the centers that clip on the lug nuts. If I am correct on this assumption, then most likely your center caps little retainer clips are getting worn out. You may want to inspect the little retainer springs/clips on the caps themselves. Hope this helps you a little.

thanks i'll give that a look, they do have the clips. I thought it was maybe because when they put on the tires and i drove off the tires were getting in the natural position and the moving caused the caps to come off.
