humming from front end?

got this noise in the front end drivers side from what i can tell. it sounds kinda like im driving with super swampers big nobby tires. now i know i have aggresive tread tires but when i ride in the front passenger seat the noise is not on that side i can hear it on the drivers side. things i have tried to try and identify is
-new rotors
-swaped tires front to back
-new hud assembly
-topped of front diff fluid it was 8oz low(leaking seals)
-cv boots checked
Brakes need to be done at some point getting low and starting to squeal all the time. the noise appears around 25mph and gets increasingly louder to 35 then stays the same to 60 then goes away or it gets drownd out. anyone have any ideas on what it could be

That really sounds like a bearing assembly. You sure you changed the right one? Maybe it is the one on the passenger side.

You should have replaced both hubs at the same time. Kinda like headlights you replace one side and the other has just as many miles, and goes out a day later.

I agree with you totally I replaced drivers a week ago and the passenger a few months ago, and it does sound like a bearing issue but when I sit in the passengers seat I can't hear it not until I lean over to the drivers seat do I hear it

Easy bearings test: turn to the right. If it makes louder noise, it's the left hub and bearing assembly. Reverse, it's the right (unlikely).

Hub/bearings are picky. Over- or under-torque, and their lifespan is cut wildly short. Stay between the recommended numbers.

I had ahub only last me a few months before it started humming which is why I only use timken from now on.

Cluster, you have issues with hub bearings becuase your Trac lives in the mud and it dries up the grease inside them, that's why I don't go muddin' very often if at all anymore. LOL

Well, I wouldn't say it lives there but I get your point. I would also like to an SAS at some point but I need to learn how to weld. I already have a stick welder to use and I bought some pieces of scrap steel. Now I just need a mask, gloves and apron.

could it be a cv axle? it doesnt seem to have any play just not sure what one sounds like when it fails other than the normal clicking when turning. the drivers side is fairly new had it replaced by ford like 20,000 miles ago after riping it in half wheeling

would driving about a half mile back home with a cv axle that has been riped in half(broke at cv joint) cause damage to the bearing on the outer part of the diff (the one right were the cv goes in to the diff right behind the seal) and make this humming sound
