Hello all,
2004 Limited, automatic HVAC. While accelerating and cruising at highway speeds (50mph+) the air flow in the cabin changes location and sometimes just stops. The fan speed stays at its selected speed, but the air flow disappears. If I play with the directions I can sometimes get it back, but as soon as I accelerate again the problem comes back. When I slow down and come to a stop the air flow comes back to the selected location. When stopped all the air flow locations work as expected and the blend door moves through all positions correctly.

Once upon a time I found a thread I can't locate now that it could be a vacuum related hose or component? Any insight or starting spot is greatly appreciated. Driving this thing in Texas summer is getting uncomfortable!

Thanks.
