When I drive my 99 SOHC (160,000 miles) it will randomly turn the heat or a/c on to full blast for a few seconds then shut off. Sometimes it also will take 2-5 seconds to turn off when I press the off button, it used to be an instant off. My truck is the Eddie Bauer, so it has the digital HVAC control module. It will do this at any temp, any fan speed, any vent setting, and still if on the Auto setting. Is my module bad? or is it something else?
