Rancho just released a lift kit for 02 to 05 explorers that you can buy from 1" to 2.5" and you can run 35's on it easy i just talked to rep from rancho bc i am thinking of buying some myself. also, on a stock 3rd gen the biggest tire you can go up to is 265/75/R16 (32/10.5) just incase you were thinking of downsizing. these tires will give you about a 1.5" lift. just helpin out
