I have a 93 and I want to put a chip in but I don't have a dianostic port.

I was thinking of gettig a new spedomoder but I don't have a dianostic port to recalabrate it. Also if I was there I was going to program it to have more horse power. What do I do.

Your speedo is calibrated via gear in the t-case or the tailshaft on the transmission depending if you have 2 or 4wd. if you change tire size or regear and you want to compensate you have to change that gear. as far as a chip it goes between the connector for the ECU and the wiring harness.
