I have recently replaced everything i can think of that might be wrong with my four wheele drive in my 1993 ranger super cab. Switch on dash, control module and transfer case motor it all locks in but only my drivers side axel moves in the front the passanger side moves about a inch or less then stops in reverse and drive. I think its my automatic lockouts but i dont know if the axel would move or not if it is.And dont want to spend $200.00 bucks if i dont need to. please help me! THANKS.:rangergreen:

What happens if, with the tcase in 2H, you rotate the front driveshaft by hand?

If the driver's axleshaft can rotate like that without the wheel turning, then the hub is not engaging. Cleaning the hub might fix it.
